Paulette’s Picks Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Paulette’s Picks! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at support@paulettespicks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly (since many of our items are drop-shipped).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at support@paulettespicks.com with photos so we can make it right.
